All plans are delivered electronically via QR code or direct eSIM profile installation — no physical SIM card is shipped. Service availability depends on local network partners and device compatibility.
You may be required to create an account to purchase or manage eSIM plans. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@esimhoflry.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount. Orders are confirmed via email upon successful payment.
Because eSIM profiles are delivered digitally and activated immediately upon installation, all sales are final once the eSIM QR code has been issued or the profile has been installed on your device. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion for unactivated plans within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact support@esimhoflry.com with your order details.
